5 VIP Program

The rk11 VIP program has three tiers. Promotion is determined based on a player's activity and contribution:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% plus additional benefits.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%, priority support, and exclusive offers.

VIP tier advancement is based on consistency and regularity of play. rk11 reserves the right to modify VIP terms, and members will be notified in advance of any changes.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk11 platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Harassing or misconduct toward other users.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any artificial method.
  • Registering an account with false information.
